What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a wonderful process of self-discovery that is focused on the present – not the past or the future. It is a relationship between two people that is characterized by honest and non-judgmental communications focused on helping you to reach the potential you are capable of achieving. Regardless of who you are, a life coach provides a supportive, confidential environment that allows you the freedom to explore what it takes to live your dream life. Are you ready?

Do I need a Life Coach?

The people that benefit the most from a life coach are individuals that are looking to make a positive change in their lives. A life coach is not needed for someone that is interested in maintaining the status quo, but rather for the individual that is looking to identify perceived boundaries and breaking through to a more productive and meaningful life. How is Life Coaching different from therapy?

In a broad stroke of comparison, therapy typically involves restoring a mental and/or physical state to a 'pre-illness' level. Whereas Life Coaching is focused on understanding where you are today and where you want to go. The positive and action-oriented approach of life coaching enables you to achieve the goals you desire. Why is Carolyn Gable Life Coaching a good investment?

A life coach has the ability to be better than your best friend – providing you with unbiased feedback in a safe and confidential setting. But you don’t gain a best friend from reading a website, which is why you are invited to a free phone consultation with Carolyn Gable.

How does it work?

Carolyn Gable Life Coaching sessions are primarily help over the phone. Each session (with the exception of the introductory call) are 50 minutes in duration, and they occur on a mutually agreed schedule. The frequency of the sessions is tailored to the client's needs and typical availability. Sessions can also occur via Skype or in-person.

Clients are encouraged to complete the "Meeting Plan" document and send it to Carolyn prior each session. This serves two purposes: 1) It helps the client identify their desired focus areas, and 2) provides adequate background for Carolyn to ensure the session time is maximized. Are you ready?
